Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport is offering vaccinations at Morning Star Baptist Church on Saturday March 20th from 8am – 4pm. Anyone interested in receiving a COVID vaccination must schedule in advance by calling 626-0050 and selecting option 0 or by visiting my.oschner.org/lsu to register for a COVID vaccine. Vaccinations are by appointment only. 

Morning Star Baptist Church is located at 5340 Jewella Avenue in Shreveport, LA. Anyone eligible in LDH Phase 1A and 1B because of their employment, such as teachers, healthcare workers, law enforcement and first responders, must show proof of employment to confirm eligibility.
