Two local churches want to ensure that young adults are being properly prepare and focused on giving back. Lake Bethlehem and Morning Star has joined forces to host “Emerged 2019.” “It’s important to see young adults grow, serve and become product in our community,” said Theron Jackson, Senior Pastor, Morning Star Baptist Church “They aren’t just a generation that has emerged but one that now holds positions.” Emerged Conference will be held June 14-15, 2019 in Shreveport. The conference will target ages 18-40. Mark Moore Jr., Founder/Host of Young Leaders Conference will be the featured speaker. Mark’s conference has the largest young adult conference in America attracting more than five thousand attendees.
